Responsibilities	Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for properties Work closely with Asset and Lease managers to increase occupancy/revenue. Liaise with agents, conduct marketing sales calls/site viewings and presentations. Negotiations and follow up on terms of lease and sale with prospective tenants and purchasers. Monitoring of market trends on supply and demand of business space
Requirements	Degree in Real Estate, Sales and Marketing or Business. Minimum 7 years relevant sales and marketing experience in a real estate environment especially the logistics market. A good team player and a self starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
