Responsibilities |
Head the Administration and Operations of the HR Department, Recruiting and staffing; Organizational and Space planning; Performance Management and Improvement Systems; Organization Development; Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns; Employee Orientation, Development and Training; Policy Development and Documentation; Employee Relations; Company-wide committee facilitation; Company employee and community communication, Compensation and benefits administration, Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health, Employee services and counseling. Must be hands-on to work with HOD to redefine SOP to conduct Training and Development to staff, reviewing and Creating Performance Incentive, etc. |
Requirements |
Degree in Human Resource Management, Min. 3 years experience in the same capacity, Good knowledge of HR practices, Employment and Labour legislation, Independent, self-driven and HANDS-ON, Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin. |
