Responsibilities
In-charge of monthly payroll and annual income returns, Maintain and update employees� records in HR Information System, Update electronic leave records and status, Processing of medical, dental and insurance claims, Compile monthly HR statistical reports such as payroll, manpower, government industry survey returns, Support other HR-related functions in compensation and benefits including other general administrative duties
Requirements
Diploma / Cert in Human Resource Management, Fresh diploma graduates or NITEC in Business Studies graduates with experience may also be considered, Proficient in HR and payroll softwares (preferably Prosoft System) will be an added advantage, Preferably staying in the western area of Singapore.
