| Responsibilities |
Reporting to Assistant General Manager - Underwriting Department, To underwrite and accept risks in accordance with the underwriting authority of the Underwriting Guide and to review and update Underwriting Guide, Handle inquiries from clients, intermediaries, authorities / associations and other interested parties, Guide and train staff particularly on technical skill and knowledge and to prepare them for greater job responsibilities and role in the future, Conduct training courses for intermediaries and staff, Prepare the Department Action Plan, Underwriting Statistics for analysis of performance, also monthly reports to the Managing Director and Compliance Controller, Assist in the preparation of the Annual Budget and arrangement of the Company’s treaty program, Attend and report in the monthly Managers’ Meeting. |
| Requirements |
Degree, Min. 3 years of underwriting and good experience in General Insurance Industry, Team leader with good communication and written skills, Excellent presentation and with high level of personal motivation with strong team work, Analytical and excellent client relationship management |
