Responsible for developing and nurturing business network and all investor relations programs, Formulate investment strategies and communication plan to broaden shareholder interest, Identify suitable investment targets and generate investment leads, Maintaining the company’s interest, strategy, business development and financial performance, Works closely with key business unit and corporate finance functions to develop financial and business metrics that communicate strong financial story, Contributes to the development of financial communications (earnings and news releases, scripts, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Real Estate/Finance/Investment/Banking or MBA, Min. 5 years of regional experience in real estate / investment management firm, well versed in real estate markets and proficiency in financial modeling,
