Responsible for tenant management which includes maintaining tenant contact, working through solutions to meet requests. Oversee lease management of properties includes initiating, negotiating and executing lease renewals, lease restructuring, management of rental arrears and working with solicitors on legal actions. Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies for properties. Liaise with agents, conduct marketing sales calls/site viewings and presentations |
| Requirements |
Degree in Real Estate, Building, Sales and Marketing or Business Admin. Minimum 3 years experience sales and lease management in a real estate environment especially the business space or logistics A good team player and a self starter with good interpersonal and communication skills Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Fluent in both English and Mandarin |
