Report to the General Manager – Vietnam and be responsible for managing and overseeing the full range of accounting and finance functions for Vietnam Factory including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, tax planning and compliance |

| Responsibilities |
Assist the General Manager – Vietnam and the Group Chief Financial Officer to develop and drive strategic accounting and finance policies; Provide business advice to the top management; Ensure the financial team to provide accurate and timely financial data and reports; Ensure compliance to all corporate and statutory governance requirements; Communicate and maintain good relationship with bankers, auditors and government institution such as customs department and tax bureau; Carry out tax planning and suggest ways to reduce the Company’s tax exposures; Work with internal and external auditors closely to facilitate audit reviews; Provide financial and management reports to Corporate and local Management on own initiatives and when requested; Oversee the shipping functions and ensure the import/export documents and reports are in compliance with custom’s governance requirements; Ensure the internal controls are in place and strive for process improvement; Develop and motivate the team to achieve corporate objectives |
| Requirements |
University graduate or ACCA; Possess at least 8 years experience in a managerial, preferably gained within a garment manufacturing industry; Sound knowledge in accounting, tax and company secretarial practices; Familiar with Vietnam accounting and taxation legislations; Strong leadership and organizational power; Logical thinking, able to analyze and tackle problems independently; Creative and self driven to achieve objectives in ad-hoc assignments; Good interpersonal and communication skill; Excellent command of English; Good computer knowledge and immediate available is highly preferable |
