Responsibilities	Overall responsibility for the growth, profitability and sustainability of the group’s businesses; Provide leadership and direction toward the formulation and achievement of the company’s mission, strategic goals and business objectives as set out by the Board; Manage the company’s financial assets and human resources in compliance with corporate policies, legislations and regulatory requirements; Develop and maintain an effective strategic relationship with key stakeholders of the business
Requirements	MBA/ Bachelor degree in Business Management or related discipline; Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in a senior position with general management proficiency and knowledge within a manufacturing environment with overall profitability responsibilities and working experience in China; Excellent business acumen, sound financial discipline and good interpersonal skills. Able to manage and drive individual and corporate performance to achieve strategic goals and to maximize profit and business efficiency; Bilingual in English and Chinese and able to travel extensively to business units in China and other SE Asian countries.
