Responsibilities Manage all Immigration related matters for foreign workers covering renewal of employment pass / work permit and also for new applications, General administration function such as stationery, phone system, cover reception's duties in the absent of the receptionist, Assist in managing leave updates and petty cash claims, Assist in the recruitment of direct workers, Arrangement for hampers and wreaths to new birth, bereavement and hospitalization, Activate and de-activate of door access, Creation and maintenance of P-files
Requirements Min. GCE 'O' Levels, 2 years experience in the similar capacity.
