Provide support for the development and implementation of the company’s total learning plan, Work closely with training providers to take care of logistical arrangement pertaining in-house courses as well as external courses, Help source for external training service providers for new programs, Maintain proper records of training activities and staff learning history, Process training-related payments, keep track of training expenses and monitor training budget utilization, Ensure that all training grants and claims are files on time, Make arrangements for Company’s induction program to be attended by new staff and help ensure quality of presentation, Support initiatives that work towards the recommendations of ‘People Developer Standards’ framework, Other adhoc HR-related duties.
Degree in Business / HRM, Min. 2 years of relevant working experience, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Service oriented and meticulous.
